Generally, all sales are final unless the item received is not as described or not in the condition stated by the seller. Returns are only accepted when items significantly differ from their description or condition as listed.

When Returns Are Accepted

The item received significantly differs from the seller's description, including brand, size, color, or features

Condition Misrepresented

The item's condition is significantly worse than described (e.g., listed as "excellent" but has major defects)

Major Quality Issues

Undisclosed damage, stains, or defects that were not mentioned in the listing

Wrong Item Sent

You received a completely different item than what was ordered

When Returns Are NOT Accepted

Change of Mind

Simply deciding you no longer want the item after purchase

Fit Issues

Item doesn't fit when size was clearly stated and accurate

Buyer's Remorse

Regretting the purchase when item matches description exactly

Damage After Delivery

Item damaged by buyer after receiving in described condition

Return Process

Report the issue within 7 days of receiving your item. Include photos and detailed description of the problem.

Our team will review your case and determine if the return qualifies under our policy.

If approved, you'll receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Ship Item Back

Package the item securely in its original condition and ship using our provided label.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Item Not as Described: We cover return shipping costs

Buyer's Fault (if return approved): Buyer covers all shipping costs including:

  • Cost to send item back to seller
  • Original shipping cost (non-refundable)
  • Any additional handling fees

Australian Consumer Law Rights

Under Australian Consumer Law, you have guaranteed rights when purchasing goods:

  • Goods must be of acceptable quality
  • Goods must match their description
  • Goods must be fit for purpose
  • Right to remedy if goods fail to meet guarantees

Note: These rights cannot be excluded and apply even for second-hand goods, though the acceptable quality standard may be lower for used items.

Important Notes

All returns must be in the same condition as when sent, with original packaging where applicable

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery will not be accepted for return

Hygiene items (underwear, swimwear, etc.) cannot be returned unless faulty

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
